Do the doctors at RMA of Central Pennsylvania at PinnacleHealth have any special training in infertility treatment?

I already have a child and now I cannot get pregnant. Is this common?
We treat many women and men who experience secondary infertility. Subtle changes in ovulation, causing diminished fertility, as well as other causes, can be easily identified and treated effectively. Typically, treatment for most cases of secondary infertility is straightforward and often successful.
I have had several miscarriages. Can you help me?
Miscarriage is a common and often traumatic reproductive problem. We perform a comprehensive evaluation to determine the cause of recurrent pregnancy loss. Typically, the likelihood of a successful pregnancy is excellent.

The doctors at RMA are fully trained fertility specialists who evaluate and treat every aspect of reproductive health and infertility, including ovulatory problems, endometriosis, tubal disease, male infertility, and unexplained infertility.
RMA offers a full range of fertility treatment options that encompass all aspects of assisted reproductive technology (ART), including intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT). We also have an extremely successful donor egg program for women with diminished ovarian reserve or women who are post menopausal and also offer a gestational carrier program.
Our surgical expertise includes laparoscopy for fallopian tube repair and laser treatment of endometriosis and ovarian cysts. We also specialize in the treatment of fibroids, as well as microsurgical and laparoscopic approaches for tubal reversal.
How do I request my medical records?
All requests for copies of your medical records must be submitted in writing. You will need to complete the ‘Record Release’ form. This form can be found under consents.

When should I schedule my next follow-up appointment?
Typically most follow-up appointments are scheduled around your cycle. If you were instructed by your doctor to call the office with day 1 of your cycle a nurse will then schedule your follow-up monitoring appointment. If you are unsure when to schedule your next appointment please contact our office at 1-855-RMA-inPA (762-4672).
How do I contact the office after hours?
Our patient service coordinators are available to answer calls from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 7:00 am to 3:15 pm on Friday. After normal business hours, calling our office number at 1-855-RMA-inPA (762-4672) will connect you to our answering service or give you the opportunity to leave a voicemail. If it is a weekend or holiday and you need to be contacted prior to Monday or the next regular work day, you will need to contact the answering service and they will contact the RMA doctor on call.
How do I know what fertility treatments will be covered by my insurance?
RMA participates with most insurance carriers and our financial coordinators help patients navigate the benefits process. If insurance coverage is not available, we offer a full range of financing options to help patients manage the cost of care.

What should I do if my insurance changes?
If your insurance changes please contact our office at 1-855-RMA-inPA (762-4672) to provide your updated information. A member of our financial team will research your benefits and contact you to discuss the changes.
